Mindful Grieving gathering

Through a blend of guided meditation, gentle yoga, breathwork, journaling, somatic practices and sharing circle, we will explore ways to safely move and process grief held in the body.

Together we will create a supportive environment where all experiences of loss are welcome.

This gathering is not about fixing or overcoming grief, but rather meeting it with presence, curiosity, mindfulness and compassion.

No prior experience with yoga or meditation is necessary
