Discover if a psilocybin session is right for your healing, insight, and personal growth.
Psilocybin carries a long history of sacred use within Indigenous communities, where it has an honored place in ceremonies and spirituality, and its roots remain connected to the wisdom traditions that have worked with these mushrooms for generations.
Today, research centers such as Johns Hopkins University are illuminating what these ancient traditions have long known; psilocybin offers incredible potential for healing and transformation. Studies reveal its ability to foster neuroplasticity- the brain’s capacity to rewire, create new neural pathways, and release old patterns.
When taken in a safe, supportive setting, psilocybin can open the mind in powerful ways, becoming the catalyst for profound shifts in perception, thought patterns, and consciousness. Many people describe psilocybin experiences as life-changing, offering meaningful insights into their lives and emotions, and a deepened connection to themselves and the world around them.
A group ceremony is a wonderful way to experience psilocybin in community.
I offer large or small ceremonies or customized retreats which can be co-created and curated to your specific group around a shared identity, intention or life experience. Group preparation and integration activities enhance and deepen the experience, fostering interconnectedness, mutual vulnerability, shared insights, collective healing and belonging.

I am continuously learning and deepening my facilitation practice and relationship with the mushrooms, guided by both science and the sacred. My ongoing education weaves together the latest research in neuroscience and mental health with ancient wisdom traditions.
My work with psilocybin is rooted in holistic, nature-based, and somatic practices and a deep reverence for the mushrooms, the process, and my clients.
I create thoughtfully curated spaces to tend to your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing with nurturing, open-minded support so that you can feel safe journeying through your inner landscape. This is not a “quick fix” and is not always easy but the potential benefits are well worth the work.
Complimentary virtual call to meet and get to know each other, answer questions, and assess whether we would like to move forward with the process. Cost varies depending on location, dose, and other factors and we will discuss the option which best suits you in this call.
We will go over physical and mental health history from your intake form to ensure safety and readiness, review required paperwork, travel logistics, explore intentions, questions, and concerns, determine dosage and preferred method of consumption.
Explore tools for how to best navigate potential moments of challenge, ways in which to personalize the experience and make it special and unique to you, talk about the arc of the day, comfort and and support preferences and other preparation suggestions.
The session begins with grounding techniques to calm the nervous system and encourage surrender, trust and curiosity as you venture deep into your psyche. I provide a safe, nurturing, attuned, and accepting presence to ensure that you feel well supported throughout the entire experience.
Together we explore the psychological, emotional, spiritual, and somatic themes that emerged during your journey and discuss possible significance. I help you create an integration plan to continue making meaning from these insights using a variety of tools, practices and resources to integrate them into your daily life. I place a strong emphasis on the importance of integration as I feel that it is an essential component of this process and is most effective when understood, supported and embodied.
