I am

amanda gerace

My offerings are intended as a restorative balm for body, mind and spirit. My approach is gentle listening and exploring ways to cultivate wellness that grows organically, rooted in holistic modalities, community and the wisdom of the Earth, recognizing the mycelial correlation between individual wellness and that of the greater collective.

Massage Therapist

My work as a massage therapist, grief-tender, death doula and psilocybin facilitator is centered in a desire to nurture healing, resilience, and deeper connection to self and community. I believe there is no single path to wellness, and I love supporting clients in their unique process, exploring together what feels most aligned with their intentions.

I received my initial massage training from the Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College in Flagstaff, Arizona, graduating in 2003. Ever since, I have pursued diverse studies to enrich my understanding of the body and its fascinating complexities. What began as a study of the physical form has grown into a devoted study of the whole self and the inter-connected wisdom of the body, mind and spirit.

Doula

My work as a doula — trained in both birth and death — has shown me that these thresholds are among the most sacred of life’s passages: vulnerable, painful, tender, beautiful, and deeply impactful. These experiences continue to guide my work, shaping the way I listen, hold space and provide nurturing, grounded presence.

What Psilocybin taught me

Psilocybin has been a profoundly meaningful teacher in my life, supporting my own long healing journey through devastating loss, trauma and a near-death experience. I hold deep respect and gratitude for these mushrooms and the ways that they help us heal, grow, and reconnect to ourselves. My years of personal therapeutic work with psilocybin, combined with my professional training with mentors and with InnerTrek as part of the very first cohort of licensed psilocybin facilitators in the U.S., gives me valuable perspective and insight as I support clients in their own transformative journeys.

I continue to learn, grow and evolve, guided by a lifelong interest in the healing arts and dedication to support others on their own exploratory paths of wellness and vitality.

Equity and Inclusion

I acknowledge that many people often feel unseen or discriminated against within the healthcare system. Cultural awareness, inclusion and social justice are important to me and integral to my work and I strive to meet each client with sensitivity and respect.
