You are warmly invited to Grief as Initiation — a retreat for those who have been touched by deep grief and are interested in exploring what is possible when grief is acknowledged as a catalyst for deeper meaning, purpose and connection.

This is for those longing to:

~learn tools and practices for a more intentional, embodied way of moving through grief

~rest, remember, and reconnect with parts of themselves that have been lost 

Together, we will honor grief as a profound rite of passage- an initiation that reshapes identity by dismantling who we once were and inviting us into a deeper, more conscious becoming.  

This retreat is designed to hold you in this tender process – offering practical tools to help you tend to your grief in intentional ways, including somatic practices, ritual frameworks for meaning making, grounding resources and nervous system regulation, time in nature, supportive community, shared witnessing, and optional low dose mushroom ceremony to inspire a more embodied, intentional navigation through grief.

We will create a safe and compassionate space where you do not have to hold your grief alone. You will be supported in listening to your sorrow as a wise teacher, and in discovering the strength, meaning, and quiet beauty that can emerge when we allow ourselves to be initiated by grief.
